Re: i need a owners manual for a D250RTC dong fang
I actually sold mine a while back. I can tell you a few tips though. There is a fuse holder near the battery (I think it was under the seat) that might give you trouble. I had to replace the fuse...

Re: dong fang d250rtc engine sprocket and chain mods
Where were you able to purchase the correct jets for this carb. I wasn't able to find exact replacements, but have been told that it is a clone of a Keihin PZ30. I used a precision drill bit to...

Re: dong fang d250rtc engine sprocket and chain mods
I was pointed to Sidewinder Sprockets by another user recently. They make custom sprockets from many materials. I think I will check them out as well. I am trying to avoid aluminum if possible....

Thanks for the link for Sidewinder Sprockets. That is what I have been looking for. This is the kind of info that makes these forums great. Let us know what tooth sprocket works the best for you.

Re: Customize my D250RTC
I am going to probably try a .045" main jet size next and see how it works. Don't do any rejetting until you also open up the air intake and exhaust. Let me know what kind of results you get with the...

Re: Customize my D250RTC
No, they come with standard jets and a fairly restricted airbox. I got an angled-mount high-performance air filter kit from eBay. The reduction in air restriction causes the air/fuel mixture to...

Re: Customize my D250RTC
It is a Deni PZ30 with a 42mm inlet. The stock main jet is a 105 which I measured with a small drill bit to be approx. .038". I drilled it out to .051" after installing a performance air intake. The...

Re: I'm looking for a larger pilot jet(For PZ30 with accel.pump)
I'm sorry to ask a dumb question but, are you not able to enrich the idle mixture with the mixture adjustment screw. I don't mean to insult, I am just curious. I have the same carburetor on my...

Re: dong fang d250rtc engine sprocket and chain mods
The bulbs in mine are 25/25W. The brights do suck. I thought about getting the HID kit from eBay, but I don't know how hot they run, and if it would really help.

Re: dong fang d250rtc engine sprocket and chain mods
I received it in today. It isn't even close. It has an 8-hole mount, while the 250rtc has a 6-hole. The chain size is different too. :confused1:
The one I bought fits the 250rtb bobber, but not my... -

Dong Fang DF250RTC Carburetor Re-Jetting

Excellent. That is what I ordered. Was the fitment pretty exact or did you have to do anything different with the hardware?
