Well, this isn't in China ... next-door neighbour ... 13 guys on a bike (maybe an Enfield? hard to tell)

The license plate for private cars in China is blue with white characters and letters / numbers.

In 2002, the government started to issue white plates with black characters and letters / numbers with an additional digit. A combination was possible to be chosen for a fee. Since many strange, offensive or otherwise disturbing combinations were present, they stopped this system later in 2002.

OK, here's a quiz ... what type of vehicle is Andy driving/riding in to take these pics? No nose, so I am guessing a blue bread-box van. Or maybe a german Smart car?

But take a close look at the second pic ... left lane ... third car ... is he coming head on? In the wrong direction? Granted, I've experienced that a couple of times on the Chinese expressways (once with a bus doing 110 the wrong way on the JingHa), but the second car seems oblivious to it (which, of course, wouldn't be that surprising).
