Lost cc... not good... even worse when you find you had hidden them too well after canceling them
Cash still rains king when all else fails
GPS failure... bugger (have had that in CN when not one but 2 devices failed around Kunming (seems blackout due to military presence)
Printed map also still have their place..
Or even a map on a phone or device screen quite useful
Hells bells, even your hide seemed to have suffered too
    2K km - 10% of 20k km warranty
    Hahaha
If you need help from back in OZ... sing out

Well the GPS didnt fail, I just was too lazy to stop and take my spectacles off so i could read the small screen, which in any case was confusing because I was heading south and north was up on the GPS map. later I discovered you can actually set the Garmin so the direction of travel is "up". Much later on I bought a smartphone and that became my best navigation aid. I did have a road atlas and always had that handy, espeically if you buy one in a gas station, it has all the gas stations listed on it and was worth its weight in gold. the above video was filmed in march 2012, when google maps wasnt as advanced as it is today. PS the "20k warranty" ended up being worthless, as you will see in a future episode.

New trailer which condenses 8 years into 33 minutes, also gives an idea of what future episodes will contain:

86000km and some 8 years condensed into just over half an hour...
Crazy how life becomes condensed and reformatted into pixels

Well I had to leave a lot out - could easily have made ten hour condensation! its only glimpse of what actually transpired.

    Sure...
Applied to many not only your video edit... but in more general terms
Generally people are more time poor... so shorter edited video option maybe more 'liked'
