08-09-2009, 07:10 PMDoes any one have the information to time a Hensim 152 FMH engine? It has a displacement of 107 cc and is used on a dirt bike.

Seebetech,
Lots of different models exist but there are generally only so many methods of timing these engines. Some photos and background info would be helpful too. Did you just rebuild the engine?

08-09-2009, 09:06 PMNo. I just purchased the cycle. It looks like new. The ignition system gives a good spark. However, it is blowing air out of the carb. This is a 107 cc engine. I am not sure how to attach photos.

Have you ever heard it running? Unless someone has *tried* to rebuild the engine there no real good reasons the timing should be that far off. Possible valve damage or adjustment.
How many miles does it have on it? Have you taken off all the plastics?

08-10-2009, 04:45 PMIt has not run since I bought it. It looks like there are very few miles on the machine. The chain and everything else looks new. Yes, I removed most of the plastics except, fenders and fuel tank. I agree, it now looks like a low compression problem. I assumed the rings were bad. However, I did not check the valve settings. I will do that now. Thanks.
