Hoping to gain some knowledge on my recently acquired Zongshen V250 also known as LZX 250-5 and ZS 250-5.

Seems since China stopped making them, information has become classified. Web search turns up nothing. Dealerships in the US are gone and Zongshen directly doesn't return any reply.

I'd be happy to just find a simple manual. If anyone has any information on this top secret motorcycle I would appreciate it.

Welcome to MCM.
I was going to suggest you might find some relevant info on Chinariders but I see you already been there.
Here's a thread here on MCM and here to get you started.
I suggest that you use G00gle search engine - type in variations of Zongshen and the model (in all its iterations) and add mychinamoto (and/or chinariders) into the search terms. This will provide more hits than using the MCM/chinariders respective search engines
It can be worthwhile manually searchin various MCM categories e.g. spinning wrenches, maintenance, manufacturers etc which sometimes turns up results that search engines don't find/report
