I was looking at a post on Chinariders and forchetto was referring to this site about the rear racks that Carl has. I checked out the link to Yuki motorcycles in the post. Most look very familiar except for this one.

Before I start guessing, what is the purpose of the second handle bar?

It looks like it is in case you want to set up and ride instead of leaning over the tank...I guess you just have both options on this one.

What's weird is that the second set only has controls for the brakes, no throttle.

Here's another interesting bike from the website.

    http://www.yuki.cz/skutry-motocykly-...adem--217.html

That tank looks huge and it has (according to the speedo) EFI. Sure enough, when you scroll through the pictures, there is no carb. It looks like the same motor that's in the Johnny Pag types.

Does anyone know where these bikes are made beside the QingQi re-badgers?

Ah, I see. The instructor sits behind the student.

Doesn't seem all that convenient, safe or necessary.
What are the chances the instructor could even see what's going on when his hard are on the bar? His face you probably be burried on some smelly dudes back.

That's what I was thinking. Also, the bar would be right in the student's stomach and would get pinched in a turn.
