Moto Qingqi.jpg
I must declare that this bike does not belong to me. But I thought it is funny to name the bike like that

Nice example. The mechanic (authorised CFMoto mechanic with workshop only - doesn't sell moto's) that both myself and a friend down this way use when we have something that either of us can't be bothered doing on our Jetmax's has a Jetlux, which he got when first released. A few of the issues that he has worked on. The screen is too low when compared with the Jetmax. He took his screen and raised it about 4 inchs to compensate. A low screen might be okay elsewhere but not in China if one intends to do long rides (like I do frequently) IMO, otherwise one ends up covered in dirt. The other item is that with the two stage opening seat setup, it makes it hard to fit a rear luggage rack. He has also sorted this out with fabricating up his own, though done so with cheap as materials. That aside the engine and transmission is identical to the Jetmax. The small gains in speed are through the scoot being lighter than the Jetmax. Though not having ridden one myself there's no way to know for sure if that difference is that significant since it's a subjective point. Anyway, I'd luv to see a good review with photos if you are that way inclined. Use my Jetmax review under scooters as a template if you like. :)
No matter though let us all know how it goes. My Jetmax is over a year old with 50K on it, and lots of mods, and it is doing well. Though having been riding a Suzuki Burgman 650 excutive for a couple of months, made me realise the Jetmax is still a long ways off the quality and functionality of a Burgy.
Still this is China and it is what it is.

Not so many Chinese Chinese bikes here lately with Ducatis and Harleys, I'll get it back to basics with my new QingQi U-Zeal:
