    Hi
    I'm from Portugal, and I have a Pulse Adrenaline 125 (Here it's called I-Moto tiger 125).
My bike is pretty new (only 850 km), and I want to change the Oil and the Oil filter.
I already have the oil, silkolene 10w-40, but here in Portugal, I can't find I-moto or qingqi oil filter, but I suppose that I can use one from other brand, like suzuki or yamaha.
I read that the engine of my Qingqi is more or less similar to the suzuki DR125. Is this correct?
I already compared the oil filter of my bike (picture below) with the suzuki DR125 oil filter, and it seems to me that the suzuki is slightly longer.
I do not know if it will assemble or not, because of this slightly longer diference.
    Can you help me?
    Thank you
    Mário

Yes the QingQi Engine is similar to the Suzuki DR200 engine but they put a smaller 125 head on it.

I thought there was a post on MCM about the correct replacement filter but I can't find it. Maybe ChinaV or Forchetto will be able to shed more detailed light on this topic.

Otherwise, I would suggest just taking out the old filter and bring it to a shop and check. DR200 or DR125 filter should do..or at least be a good place to start.

Found the thread discussing the oil filters for your Qingqi/Tiger 125! This is for the 200's but the 125s should be the same.

Good luck and hope this helps!

I just took a chance and ordered a Highflofiltro high flow oil filter for my Pulse Adrenaline 125cc (XF125GY-2B), the reference number for the filter from Highflofiltro.com, is HF131 which it lists on the website as for fitting the Suzuki DR125 S amongst others.

I am reasonably certain this HF131 will fit, because another seller on ebay was listing the same filter, the HF131 as an alternative oil filter for the Sinnis Apache ( QM125GY) and the Superbyke RMR 125 (RMR 125), but at a price higher than the standard filter, and even the standard filter, to me, is overpriced. It seems to my cynical nature here in the UK at least parts for these machines are a little bit O.T.T, so it is good to know these machines bear some similarities with established Japanese motorcycle products. In fact, I am enjoying this, finding things that fit, and are cheaper than the Chinese Motorcycle parts suppliers in the UK.

Oh, the Hiflo filter, I got it for less than the standard oil filter from the UK based Chinese Motorcycle part suppliers listings, nearly half the price in difference, at that price, it is worth a chance.

    Hi
Yes the Highflofiltro HF131 it'll fit for sure, because I'm using one! :-)
I'm not a specialist, but I think that the filter will work fine, it seems to have a good quality.
    And yes, it's cheaper!
    Cheers

Which filter (short or long) is needed is detemined whether there is a kick starter along with electric. Kick starter?yep, short one (HF131), no? long one (HF132).
