I fsee that the two lugs on the rear engine mounts are cracked and broken so will need to get the frame welded. Never been off-road or jumped speed humps or any other reason for this kind of damage on the frame. One suggestion is engine vibration.

Any ideas on the frame would be welcome. Is it likely a design fault? Do you think its worth getting welded or will it just break again?

What I found is this can be a problem of inconsistent welding and/or sloppy assembly. Unless the frame itself is cracked, making a proper motor mount will probably be best in the long run.

Not exactly sure what your case would involve. Got pictures of the damage?

Thanks for the reply, I'll get some pics this weekend and post them here. The actual lugs are cracked on one side and the welding on the other has cracked.
