Where to get Motocross Boots in China

anyone an idea or adress or homepage where to get motocross-boots here in China / Beijing????

I found some nice boots in the Guangzhou motorcycle market for 3000 Yuan , then I went to Hong Kong and bought the same thing for 1700 . If you want good ones, they're going to be imported, and that will add a huge premium to the price. Not sure what a round trip from BJ to HK will cost you, but you can get really nice gear there at somewhat reasonable prices. Buying riding gear online is pretty difficult as the sizes in asia seem to be a different than the stuff back home.

For me was already clear that it will impossible to buy boots online - sizes are too different here to European resp. US-sizes!

I need US size 11 resp. Euroepena size 45 whih is almost impossib to get - even here in BJ

Seems i need to pick up a pair next time when i'm back to Germany ...

i know you said not online, but taobao is still worth considering. I'm a 45 too and it's the only place i can find stuff that fits. here's a boots (靴) search in the bikes section:

two weeks ago i bought myself these for my commute to work. they're waterproof, warm, comfortable, fit nicely and cost 140RMB. you can't really beat that.

Did you try the shop on Dong Wei Lu?
Airport Expwy, Exit 5. Head East 200m after the gas station on your left, about half way between expressway and Golden Port racetrack.

If you use firefox, you can install the Zhong Wen plugin. Hover over a Chinese character and it shows you the meaning in English. Great little tool.

Geronimo, no problem! The easiest is if you have a chinese friend who already has an account, just buy through them. If you buy stuff often then it'd be worth opening an account, but it's a bit of a pain....
