  1. #1 Bycicl with electric motor legal in china for turists? 
    My wif an i hav had the crazy idea oz cruzing trhoug china with a bike ..but it sems tat as turist is not possibel but...what abot those bycicles with a petrol engione that the chinise are building? Are they legal to ride? It's seems to us that they dont need a plate....Where can e buy? We don't think an elecric bike is possible for the autonomi but the engine motor looks slow but OK ( if we take care of them...
    Any suiggestions where to buy, legalk matters, etc...please help!!!
    We are on a 2 year world tour and are planing to ride to.....Spain....9 it's crazy and nearly impossibe but we ned to try....

    Hi Robert and Eva, as far as I am aware there are very few motorized bicycles in China. Mostly people are buying electric bicycles and scooters for city use. Possibly you could buy a lithium battery powered electric mountain bike like this..........

    Then you could upgrade the components and buy luggage racks for them, that would be legal for you to ride in China, but you'd need to do some pedaling if you get a flat battery!

    I'm not sure if gasoline powered bikes are really legal in China, maybe they need to be registered like motorcycles, then you'd need a driving license.

    Hola Roberto y Eva, por lo que soy consciente allí son muy pocas bicicletas motorizadas en China. Sobre todo la gente está comprando bicicletas y vespas eléctricas para el uso de la ciudad. Posiblemente usted podría comprar un litio bici de montaña eléctrica con pilas como esto ..........

    Entonces usted podría aumentar los componentes y comprar estantes de equipaje para ellos, de que sería legal para usted montar en China, pero usted ¡necesidad de d de hacer alguno pedaling si usted consigue una batería plana!
