That is South Dakota and not another SD. haha

I love my Lifan and am enjoying the riding out here in South Dakota. I will however probably hide during the Rally week.

    Rev-arb,

No need to hide during rally week. Just paint flames on your bike and remove the muffler. Get yourself a turtle shell helmet with goggles and cruise around..stay near some dirt trails though. :)

    Welcome to the board!

Chinese Choppers... Those kikker's are pretty cool looking, though I suppose they are bobbers not choppers, and they aren't full sized bikes...

Glad you're enjoying your bike :)

    Rev,

What kind of riding do you do out there? Trail? Local?

Mainly my commuter, but I like to take it on the highway and into the hills. Have not really been on any trails yet, but desire to do some old forest service trails.

When you do get on some dirt, take some pics and let us know what you think! Falling in dirt tends to be more forgiving as it's usually slower speed and softer than pavement. Trail riding is an even faster way to get away from the traffic and noise. Load up some food and/or sleeping gear and pick a sweet spot by a river or on top of a hill and just watch clouds.
