Any idea of what can happens?

when I activate the turn signal swicht at idle motor speed, the lights don't flash. Sometime stays ON sometimes OFF an sometimes stays ON but dimed.

As soon as I throtle the engine to 3500RMP they start to flash normaly.

    Everything seems normal.

Qingqi 200 Supermotard. (Genesis) Mods Until now:Rised Handelbar with stock risers and a lot of washers. Almost 10cm. Pillion handles eliminated and enduro model rack puted in place with turn signals just ziptied to it. Abominable Top Box over rack! Kickstarter removed for comfort (now inside TopBox). PCV pipe bolted to subframe holding my tools. Acerbis supermoto handlebar protector. Turnsignals bolted to the Abominable Top Box base.

Good place to start is to check the wiring to your signal control box. Remove and re-seat all connections. I think it's behind the left rear panel.

Sounds to me that the flahser unit is kaput, or some elec connectors have oxidised or come loose (as CC's post). I trust you have already used the WD-40.

They are normal bulbs. Not Leds. To make more complex my doubts:

After put the original post I open the lamps and remove the lights (one seems to be jamed, I could't remove it) clean the contacts a litle (not much dirt or rust) and when I reinstall them turn signals work normaly just to stop working at all at he return of a 1/2 day trip to another city. Being at the road without them is a pain in the seat.

I will check your tips and those from the service manual.

Thanks for the phone numeber davidqc. I will try it as last resort couse is a long distance call.

Try giving the battery a charge with an Optimate or similar.I had this problem amd doing this cured it.Alternatively, ditch the crappy OEM battery for a good quality replacement.

having a problem on my turn signal assembly coz when i hit it they both blink. According to the wiring diagram, there are two wires to the turn signal. The running light and the blinker. If I have the ignition in the acc. position (no running light) everything works and blinks fine. is there anyone help me bout it? thanks!
