I've been looking at these bikes for a long time, and when I saw Wholesale Cycle had them on sale for $1100 shipped and verified that they are DOT and EPA certified, I bit the bullet and placed the order.

About 4 days later, I was helping the truck driver unload my new toy.

I grabbed some tools and started the unpacking/assembly process.

Putting on the front wheel w/o a helper presented a slight challenge.

    It came together nicely tho.

It took some fiddling w/ the carb and emissions plumbing to get it to start, idle, and run smoothly, but I think I'm almost "there." Just need the snow to clear, so I can road test and tune. So far, I'm very happy w/ the bike. After this, I went ahead and ordered the Z125 (Z50 clone) for $999 to the door. Should be fun once they're plated and I can ride them around town !

I like that color...overall great bikes from what I have read and seen on youtube. Skyteam USA has been pushing their PBR clone for $1k (although + shipping), which seem like interesting bikes, too. However, the CT 70 clone for me is like the proverbial girl that got away, but can get one just like her now, brand new, in the box, since I didn't get to date her in the 70's and 80's, LOL. Since I just bought my TMEC 200 and still playing with it, my date with the CT70 clone will have to wait...

Pirana Flashback... makes me wonder who comes up with the bike names???

change the tyres and chain to a proper brand and decent quality, check if there is actually oil in the front forks and watch out for rusting chrome parts..... the rear shocks might be crap as well and the reservoir mounted onto the shock is most probably only for looks.... ride on!

Yeah the tires are pretty iffy. I suspected the rear shocks weren't as high tech as they look. lol

    Cute bike!

A few questions about the engine: which is designation on it - 152 or 154, and did they declared in some paper bore and stroke?

One more thing: I would say that is installed foam air filter. Usually they coming dry from the factory, so they should be oiled.
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...
