google-owned picasa seems to be comprehensively blocked here inside the force field. just as with flickr, youtube and other unwelcome sites.

surely you are having to use a force field tunnel to access picasa?

i've spent all afternoon looking at various picture hosting services -- photoshelter, photobucket, smugmug, pbase, etc -- trying to find one that works for me and pierces the force field. smugmug is looking very strong, but it's $40/year.

• supported formats: jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, tif, psd, pcx
• no limit to how many images you can host
• no limit to image size at all
• no need to register

i use picasa for organizing and editing photos, and i there is a plugin to upload directly to fotki. (recently crashes picasa after every upload).
