Help Baja motorsports Phoenix 250

I just purchased a new 2008 china made 250 street bike. I would like to know if I may have something misajusted. My problem is some times it jumps out of 5th . Some times its hard to shift into third?? I have only 110 miles but wore out 3 hondas 20 years ago. Does any one know of this problem.

Hensim seem to be on the up and up and the last time I called, got someone right on the phone (I was inquiring about their 250cc enduro which has much promise as far as Chinese enduros go) who seemed to know what he was talking about. Call them tomorrow.

I have the same model. One problem is flex in the shifting shaft because there is no support for it in the side cover. I made a bushing and pressed it into the side cover which solved the problem. Also the adjustment of the shift linkage is critical. I recommend taking care of the problem before it causes damage to the transmission. Let me know if you don't understand the problem and I'll post a picture of the bushing fix.
