    The bike was only used for on road and some light off road use. No jumping, wheelies or stoppies. Hell, I can't even do that stuff. Yeah you're right they're lucky it didn't happen in the states.

    Yeah, I was riding it. I was lucky I was only riding about 5 kmph and I was wearing my gear so I wasn't hurt.

    you'll have to let me know wen they have curred the problemo,

    i was thinking with all this other garbage here in the satates from C_ _ _ a , that there was something of value out there , i want to get away from the circus circus carnival distributors,
    and you emailed me once about shineray, on how much better they were than the 23 other same build factories,

    I still do really like the bike and if it were not for this problem I would still be banging the Shineray drum. This is a major problem with a important part, but it is also a pretty easy fix. I just hope Shineray sticks to their word and fixes the problem. They have as of yet not offered any proof to me they are doing such.

    I am wondering if the weight of the large petrol tank when full added to much stress to the dodgy triple clamps.

    When you look at the part the problem is easy to see. It is a die cast aluminum part that is extremely brittle. It should be a CNC part and should be made from higher quality aluminum. Acording to the factory my bike was the 2nd one to have this problem. The first was in the past Tak rally. My bike has been shipped back to the factory for examination by Chinese engineers

    Emm I'd be a bit nervous if I had one of these bikes.
