08-12-2010, 09:13 PMThe sprocket worked great. i may try the 42 tooth next time but i'm happy with the 44 for now. It lowered the rpm's at cruise. I think I'm turning about 6200 at 55mph now. That's doable. Call JP Motorsports in CA. you can find the number online. They'll set you up. Good luck. Let me know how you make out!!

10-18-2010, 08:27 PMI have the qingqi200gy, same bike. I ordered a 16 tooth countershaft sprocket for it and it's great. Go to sprocketspecialties.com and get a 16t for the DR200. I think its part number 550-16. Still has plenty of pull in top gear and i weigh about 210lbs. Now first gear seems to be somewhere between the old 1st and 2nd, closer to 2nd Id say. Could even afford to drop another one or two teeth in the rear but if you do any offroad i wouldn't. My dad took it out today and he weighs around 145 and it's like a rocket with him on it, well not a rocket but plenty quick! Love this bike i keep finding myself on it more than my DR650.

10-24-2010, 02:50 AMOk I'd hate to resurrect a old thread but the 1981 suzuki TS125 has the exact right fitment to front and rear as long as you get the front sprocket without the lip or washer.

10-24-2010, 07:19 PMYea that sprocket is applicable for a ton of suzuki bikes if you go to sprocketspecialists.com and look up suzuki sprockets you'll see about 25 bikes that use the part number 550-??. Now that I've got some miles on this 16t with the stock back sprocket Id really like to drop a couple in the rear cause it still has plenty of low end pull(for a 200 that is).

I think the guys are saying that this one fits: http://jetsrus.com/a_sprocket/sprock...alist_550.html (which is off a DR125 in those charts)
