    Hi
I already mounted the 150cc big bore kit in my bike.
The bike gained more power, however now I can't use the full throttle.

Why would this be the case? What would be causing the.problem.

So it is not a limit on the bike like carburettor settings or rev limiter? Just that you are breaking it in like a new engine of course? Good thinking. I hope it gives you a few more kph when it settles, I think laurpat may do the same job!

    Exactly Jape! :-)
I'm not a mechanical expert, but using the service manual and basic tools everyone can make this change.
As I told before, I feel the bike with more power. Now It climbs in 5th gear easy, Later I will change my rear sprocket. to give me more top speed.
The next modification it will be change the rear drum for a disc. I already saw a alternative modification in taobao.com keeping the drum but I'm thinking of change the rear wheel. however it is expensive...
    Cheers

Good stuff superfamous! Thanks for letting us know about this, it is posts like yours that helps us all. So you sent for the bits using Taobao, did all the work yourself and succeeded, that is good news for all of us that like to have a go ourselves.

Do you really feel you need a rear disc especially if it is an expensive modification? I hardly ever use my back brake - it is a disc but only a small one that doesn't do much ... most of the slowing down I do is using the gears and letting go of the throttle! Sometimes the rear brake helps me straighten out if I have lost the front into a skid on the bush tracks but more usually it puts me into a rear wheel skid itself, so I just leave it alone except at slow speeds like approaching a junction. Could probably do without it.

    Hi
Jape, thank you for your smart advices!
I have to confess that I want to change the drum because I don't like to see it, it doesn't look fine to me...
However I couldn't agree more with you about the usage of the rear brake. When I'm driving the bike I hardly use it too. I will think about that and see if it worth it.
Next I will try to fit a oil cooler, I already have the oil cooler from taobao.com with the special oil filter cap to make the change.
    Cheers
