#1 The war of the religions picture thread07-01-2010, 05:05 AM
In many forums all over the planet you'll find verbal fightings between the fan boys and girls of different software and the like.
Would be nice to get a collection of some ironic pictures and videos related to it.

Speaking of fan boys & girls, this is one of the funniest forum things I have seen in a while. Notice how they move to imitate the emoticons.

Chrome is good, but then firefox has its good points, what about a Ford Focus?
Without consciousness, space and time are nothing; in reality you can take any time -- whether past or future -− as your new frame of reference. Death is a reboot that leads to all potentialities.

ZMC,
It's not meant to discuss what is good or what isn't - everyone has to self decide
It is very interesting and funny to see how fan communities of products establish and how they declare their love to it. It is sometimes really like a religion, fans glorify a product and don't let any argument, other than their own, count.
It is mostly about consumer electronics (phones, pads and pods ) as well as software (OSs, browsers, ..) and brands (Apple, Google, Microsoft) and mostly it can be observed in tech forums and blogs.
Along with this, many funny stories, cartoons, videos, jokes, etc. have been developed, which would be worth to be collected - I believe.

07-02-2010, 02:06 AMMore in the context of this forum, I see this kind of brand tribalism in choice of motorcycle in the US. CBR vs gixxer vs ninja, GS vs multistrada, etc.
If only we had such freedom of choice here in China!jkp
