I forgot to mention, as we were riding our electric scooter past Sanlitun, we got passed by two laowai on a dual sport bike... they were clearly laughing at us on our overloaded scooter with motorcycle helmets, and I could see the rider making pedaling motions as they passed us. Screw them... they had no helmets and no tags and I'd give even odds they didn't have a license either. :(

    damn laowai

and what is it with sport bike riders? Granted, I've only ever once ridden a sport bike, long time ago, borrowed from a friend ... but it was painfully uncomfortable. Maybe the "crushing the family jewels riding position" does something to one's brain.

Heh heh ... I can see a few people fuming, already, over my "sports-bike=mini-me" comment

Sanlitun on a holiday weekend? An e-scooter is the ONLY way to go.

Open it up in Google Chrome and then it will ask you if you want to translate the page, easy peasy, the translation is not perfect, but you can get the jist of what is outthere. Hope this helps.

That will be very good news that at Beijing the new garage will be open. I will be thankful to you in both the ways, that you open the new garage and for getting me this useful information.

Was over at 798 yesterday and thought I'd pay Motorway a visit. Turns out, they're now an official KTM dealer and have done up their shop to match. They have a variety of KTMs in their showroom (which I didn't take a snap of) and they still are doing up the shop in bits and places, but overall, looks sharp!
