3,993.87 GBP is the price you would pay for a new Yamaha WR250X in the USA.

Your money buys more in the USA then my money will buy in the UK.

    1 GBP = 1.65003 USD

    1 USD = 0.606050 GBP

I would suggest that China South set up a facility in the USA, they can stock these and then set up an agreement through Suzuki to sell them in Suzuki dealers. They can do that through a virtual store online, order placed online and shipped to local dealers. Each dealer would get paid commissions and to PDI the units and honor any warranty claims.

They should sell 250 and 200 models and all with the EFI, they should not sell the Max model or the Trackstar, they should instead offer the GS and Bigboy Grass Trackers, both in 200 and 250 EFI versions.

They should use internet marketing…Google ad ware to advertise the online store, they should also set up arrangements with a credit card company for financing. One year no interest for qualified applicants and bonus points that accumulate for using the card at the online store or a local Suzuki dealer.

They should utilize state of the art software linked to databases to manage the inventory. The facility should show zero profit, the cost per unit for that aspect of the channel should be the factory price plus the cost of distribution operations as cost of the facility per unit of sales. Profit only incurring at the factory and each dealer only.
