Thanks for the words of encouragement! I do hope that the scoot is sound and useful. In fact I really like it, still I will be doing a few mods to it for sure. I guess there will be quite a few questions here and there :)

Hello, new episode of my Jetmax.
there is a little leak of oil from the down of the engine.
CF Moto said that need a new engine. Need one week.
Hope the new one will be better.

bikerdoc, wanted to PM you, but it says your storage limitations don't allow for it. So I'll post here. I would like to ask you a few things about Jetmax. Could you please have a quick look through those if time? Thank you in advance!

1. I got some weird wobbling sensation on my handlebars. I've thought of steering bearings, bent rim, worn-off tyre or lack of oil in front shocks, but I haven't yet looked into anything. Do you have any suggestion on where to start first?

2. My rear shocks are those cheap non-adjustible ones. They are really bouncy and, given the wheelbase of the Jetmax, ought to have been better. Question here is: are there any aftermarket shocks that you would recommend as a decent replacement?

3. Maintenance-wise, I will change engine oil and gearbox oil; a spark plug and a belt at 10K km. Is there anything else I should be worried about?

4. What mods would you recommend to make for city riding?
