08-10-2010, 10:24 AMHi!!
My bike is a Kinlon 200SM.Loncin 200cc oil cooled OHV vertical motor
It has 1600km on the clock so i thought it was well overdue for its 1000km service.
Valves were getting noisy,so i adjusted.. intake .006 exhaust .008 after doing a little research thats what i could find.
it is now noisier..
Anybody know the correct clearances?
thanks
Paul

08-10-2010, 12:36 PMOn the Lifan OHV 200cc the clearance is .002" (.05mm) on intake and exhaust. They'll click a bit even with that gap once warmed up.
