So I got bored today and decided to strap the XF to my dyno...(video uploading now)...I am not 100% on the numbers yet...but I did get to adjust fuel to find optimal jetting...first runs were on the 132.5 jet...was about 19.4hp...switched down to the 127.5...hit 20hp!!....decided to keep leaning it out....went down to a 125jet and hit 19.2hp ....back to the 127.5....back up to 20hp!...seems to be perfect with that jetting...I couldnt get my sniffer to pick up but it looks like its happy there!.....

That's some good numbers ! What do you think you might be getting extra with the pipe? I just got my XF 200 several days ago - did you follow the break -in recomendation they had in the manual ? Thanks for the info .

I bought the bike used....but it only had about 700km on it...oil was still original...I broke the bike in hard...just like every other engine I break in.....I have always learned that a hard break-in with varying load is important for seating the piston rings.....also change my oil frequently to keep things clean!

....the pipe made a noticeable increase all over the low and mid range...top end wasnt really any better...but the sound is AMAZING!!...highly recommend the pipe upgrade.....and a rejet of course.

Thannks Boostcrzy for the info , was there a specific bit of info you had to give to get that pipe with the header ? also where did you get the 16 tooth primary sprocket , I saw that some people were not getting the right one or that the manufacturer they got it from did"nt fit well . Thanks again

The header pipe is still the original factory one.....but the FMF arrestor is the universal one....and it comes with the extension pipe needed to mate up properly...just trim 2 1/2 inches from the small end(side that slips into muffler) and she will bolt right up to the factory mounting hole perfectly!!
