    Hello

I am currently having difficulty locating a front (engine) sprocket for a Pioneer XF200-2V.
This bike is made by Qingqi and was also known as the CG200 when it was first sold on Ebay by BTS Motorsport.

The front sprocket has 16 teeth and the mounting hole has 13 inner teeth.

This 2006 model has the CG125 look:

    Regards

    Jim

Pioneer = Releated to Qingqi. Qinqqi had a LONG releation w/ Suzuki.
Sprockets for Suzi seems fits ur descption. Pls check "JT Sprockets"'s site / Front: JTF432 Rear: JTR810

I have checked out the JT Sprockets site and the only front sprockets with 13 inner teeth I can find (JTF1439 etc) are for a 520 chain.
This one is actually for a Quad bike: http://www.jtsprockets.com/fileadmin...ge/jtf1439.jpg

My bike has a 428 chain.

I would need to find a rear sprocket for a 520 chain which would fit my rear wheel.

It would have to be a 520 version of the JTR810, unless I can get the correct rear sprocket.

Unless the front "F... up" just don't bother it. Rear ONLY seems saves $$$.

    Hi.

    Thanks for the useful links.

The only UK supplier I found that has a similar front sprocket is Bike Alert.

    http://www.bikealert.com

Problem is, this one has a bush.

Hello Jim, I would say the rear sprocket is JTR810 and the front is possibly JTF409, though if the front sprocket is flat and does not have a boss I cannot match it.

Please find drawings which should help to determine if these are correct.

    http://www.jtsprockets.com/61.0.html?&L=0&sel_artnr=JTF409.16

    http://www.jtsprockets.com/61.0.html?&L=0&sel_artnr=JTR810.46

    I hope this helps.

Best Regards, Jim Irwin Bike Alert Plc

    Hello

Thanks once again for the info.

I reckon the easiest option would be the USA supplier: http://sprocketspecialists.com/Produ...roductID=15639

If I ordered 2 front sprockets, they would probably last the life of the bike, and I might save on the delivery charge.

The rear sprocket is available in the UK so that's not a problem.

My existing front sprocket is 7mm thick and the JT409 is is 11.5mm thick.

If I removed the washer from behind the sprocket, it would give me an extra 2mm so, by reversing the fixing nut (which has a rebate on one side) I could gain further 2mm. This way I could get all of the nut on the thread.

I have now got replacement Sprockets

    These are from http://www.cmpo.co.uk

    Front: RMR200 428-15T Part Code 30214*1442*RMR200
    Rear: RMR200 428-41T Part Code 30214*1442*RMR200

The Rear sprocket has 41 Teeth instead of 45 but this is not a problem as the gearing will be less than 10% higher.
    Regards

Wow! That is cheap. I might even buy one. That's around 75% cheaper.

    Thanks for that one.
