Hello All , I'm new to the forum and just got a new Qlink 200 as they are called in the US . I've got about 250 km on this bike and have enjoyed it alot so far but have one problem to run by you guys. The front brake seems to be chattering or vibrating a bit on one place on the disc . This happens when rolling along- not when the brake is applied . The braking is fine with no pulsing or any other problems. I thought it needed to be broke in or run in to seat itself but it's not getting any better so far . Has anyone had this problem ,or does anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks

Does Anyone have any Words of Wisdom on this situation ? I am going to put a dial indicator on this today to see if the disc is warped . If not I will pull the disc and resurface it . Also thinking about getting some different pads . Thanks in advance for any comments , John

    A few things:
    - bent rim
    - warped disc
    - broken bearing
    - bulge in tire.
    - something is loose in your brake caliper

bent rim: hoist the front tire up in the air and spin it. does it wobble? is it oblong?
warped disc:same as above, does it wobble?
broken bearing will make more of a crunching sound
    tighten all your bolts

fix, fix, fix, all day long!

You may also want to take the rotor off and put an orbital sander to the surfaces (both sides) to get ride of any strange surface irregularities. Also check for warping on a flat surface and when you reinstall be sure to torque correctly!
