Motorcycle is a Lifan Hibird QH250GY. Front forks need heavier weight oil. Anybody have the amount that goes in each fork, from a near models manual? The forks are the type the top goes into the bottom part. Unsure if that is inverted forks. Draining the fluid running a pint through them to help clean them before adding the heavier fluid. Anybody with an estimate of how much fluid to expect when I think I have all the fluid out of one shock?

    this is a good topic.

I want advice on this with respect to my JH600. Front forks are way too mushy. I want progressive springs, but also expect the stock oil is too thin.

    thanks
