OK, that's the pre-tiger like mine. The blue is beautiful! Looks like she's in great shape, and those jumbo hand guards will add a month to your riding season there in Beijing. Can't wait to see it in daylight.

Tires look stock and pretty fresh. What's the mileage?

    Sweet!

She's a pretty bike in great condition.

Went with Barry to look at it when he was considering it and, much to my dismay, it was much shinier than my dirty/dusty JH. Only the 2nd JH I've seen for sale in Beijing in the past year, second-hand.

Rides well and is very tight (no shakes, rattles, etc - and positive shifting). No leakages anywhere, although has the typical Chinese stickers which Barry says he'll be removing.

We need to organize a China-wide JH gathering this summer!

    Mileage: almost 10k km

Tires are pretty fresh indeed, the previous owner replaced them after he did some trip (not sure at what mileage). I will remove those stickers any time soon indeed, specially the Suzuki "S" on the front mudguard (not in these pictures).

I do have trouble getting it into Neutral gear though, maybe it's just me! Any advise on this?

I think most of us have trouble finding neutral from 1st. It's a tic of many bikes, including the JH600. The more I think about it, the harder it seems to hit. So I just relax. If it pops directly into 2nd, you can try a gentle push to find N. My foot seems gentler when pressing downward than when "levering" upward from 1st. Just takes some getting used to.

    cheers

Gorgeous! As with mine, your forks are not shrouded in rubber bellows, which are stock with the Mighty Tiger version (威虎版). I'm comfortable with the look, but at some point if I ever have the forks apart I will install bellows. What, if anything, do you plan to do for luggage racks?

Biggest question: Any feedback from your pillion?

    Congrats again!

Well, I think the ladies just can't resist a tall Dutch guy with a bike (check her hat!) ...

Strap a farmer bag on each side and one on top. Don't get your hopes up, I'm not coming up with a new revolutionary luggage system. I guess I'll go for the same as you guys.

If pillion is referring to "fussy GF"? I didn't allow her yet to sit on the back! I want to get to know the bike a bit better first.
