"before test" stock 122.5 main, 32.5 pilot, and stock muffler.
    About 13.2 rear wheel HP

"after test" 125 main, 35 pilot, and short straight through "too loud" muffler.
    About 13.8 rear wheel HP

Not much gain but eliminated that dip in the stock run. I don't know if it's worth fooling with.

Plug looks a little too light. Might try a 127.5 main.

SAI removed in both runs but that should not make any difference.
Not all dynos measure the same but the percent of gain should be accurate.

It’s all perception, like people washing the car and thinking it then runs better. Its in their heads, that bike would have to have a different carburetor to get any real noticeable increase in power, there was a person that claimed 20hp and that with a cone filter as well as a performance muffler and jetting, the cone filter was eventually removed? That being he put the air box back on because the fuel to air mixture with the CV carburetor and cone filter did not work well together. Perhaps he got it up there in hp sitting still but when ridding on the street and with very different air flow that did not last.

If the bike could be modified for the amount of money people are spending they would not meet the EPA conformity requirements, its actually a dollar amount in the law, the cost it would take is based on more then what can easily be done. Unfortunately those that do these modification only create more pollution and not any real improvement in power. The cost of real and actual modification that would improve performance are much higher then team cheapo would be willing to pay, but unfortunately they do it anyway.

Well done on the results that you were able to acheive!! I have been playing with and tuning old Indian Royal Enfields for a while now and can attest that a good smooth power and torque curve is extremely benificial to ridability.

For the relatively small modification that you have done you have gained usable power and torque right up in the top of the rev range. It will be extremely interesting to see your results after playing with the jetting in the carby.

I will warn you though tuning bikes can be an addictive past time. It wont be long until you are JUST pulling the head off for a mild port and JUST trying a different cam grind LOL :-) My wife knows when I say JUST I will be in the shed for a while.

Upped the main to 127.5 and the pilot is at 35.
Smoothed out the curve and upped the HP to 14.5

Ignore the green line, dyno man was in a different gear. He thinks that I can increase the main size again. I'll put in a 130 and try again. It does pull better.

    Dyno runs are all perception?

Installed the 127.5 and the 35 main. Installed the 16T front sprocket also. The bike seems to have a bit more pep, and is a lot less wound at the top end. I like the changes, but I am still not comfy taking the thing on the freeway for more than a few exits.

I am happy with the changes and I will check the plug in about 125 miles at the 500 mile oil change.

    Roger,
My Qlink XF200 tops out at 65 MPH GPS (speedometer 74 MPH) at 8K RPM. Not a freeway bike by any means. Just not enough CCs.
Great bike for the two lane tight twisties.

Didn't get it for the freeway, but my commute is changing to 25 miles of slab instead of 7 miles of back roads.

I think I am going to put it up on the market. I have got a KTM LC4 640 that I will use for the commute.
