You can find them on Ebay and if you dig deep into search pages for less than $400. I have seen them in USA and UK so you may find European supplier closer to home. You blew yours up running without that oil pump did you? There's a bit more information for you in this thread

but search through this site as well for info on the various engines, zhongshen, shineray, lifan and loncin to find which one you want. I used to prefer to buy a scrap bike for replacements and parts, usually better value as you get other bits. If you search around you will find these different engines under a number of different brand names, then you can see which ones are available in Lithuania and chase up the dealers for an engine maybe.

    Have a look at http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/me...578-Moto-Parts
you can IM or PM them

Some of these models have balanced engines, including my Kinlon with a 200cc loncin engine.

The engine mounting and setup also affects this vibration. You sure it is just engine and not wheels?

talk to the dealer in Latvia, send a joint email asking for prices on twenty and arrange one as a sample.
talk to local dealers near you, they know the supply chains/distibutors
you may also find dealers of bikes with that engine or the kinlon and get a replacement

also look at atv quad forums and websites locally and international and see if any use the balanced engine
