Nice rod, Rodders. Those bar-end mirrors mount differently than others we've seen recently. And it looks as if with this method of attachment you could still install a set of barkbusters to protect your hands.

Looks almost warm and sunny where you are. Is that possible?

    cheers

It was sunny, but definitely not warm!!!! lol

Not sure what other types there are, except the ones that clamp on the bar itsself, but these do the same, but onto the adaptor that goes into the handle bar end. Work well.

I found mine for the Kinlon which are similar for just $15 including shipping

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Pair-Universa...item2eb2f43b18 and I love 'em, however I haven't found any bar end mirrors that allow for barkbusters as well. It is a hard choice but in the end, although you seem to get great vision with these mirrors, it is a very small view and you cannot easily distinguish vehicles that are quite close (especially with bar vibration).

You can see in this photo how the same bit of roof is smaller in the bar mirror, so on a dual sport it is barkbusters take priority for me.

The next thing I want to find is some kind of extended and flexible shaft for the bigger mirrors. Should be some somewhere, anyone seen any?
