#1 Gy6 motors indepth (electrics and mechanics)01-24-2011, 12:34 PM
Hi guys, I've been struggling all by myself down here in Shenzhen with bikes and scooters, but one type of scooter in particular was really pissing me off, my Kymco 125cc GY6 Freeway125 which I bought from some dodgey shop that had built it out of second hand parts... soo it was a big project and I learned perhaps way too much about how these engines work (having rebuilt the thing many times).. It was actually a lot of fun, so I thought I'd share with the rest of you the videos I made about how these engines work:
How to wire a Gy6 regulator / rectifier (and how it all works)

Gy6 fuel and vacuum system (how it all works)

There are more, but you can dig around my youtube channel if you want to find them: www.youtube.com/serpentza
hope this helps
