Interesting that they use a Yamaha-style engine in the Raw. I really like the look of that bike. The 300 looks great, too. I wonder if that Kawi 300 is the same one that Puzey was (still is?) using? It seems a shame that the more interesting a company is based on their eclectic lineup (eclectic vs. the far more common Honda-in-everything-formula) the less chance we will hear anything of them. Then again, any slightly different companies out there tend to have high wholesale prices which translate into "don't bother bringing them to the US"

The story is not so clear, but Hanway was part of and may still be part of Qingqi Group. The water cooled is the Loncin 300cc engine. Something happened that caused the Qingqi group to be broken up. Hanway is or was Jiangsu Dafier Motorcycle Co., Ltd, both are extensions of the Qingqi group or what was that group at one time.

They have a cooperative agreement with Qingqi but they are not limited by that.

Loncin seems to be loosing the their GN250 Jedi they sell, Zanella dropped it and so did Motomia. M1nsk still carries it and so does Hamachi.

Loncin took both of the GN based engines off their website some time ago.

National Motors has been trying to sell their 350cc version of years, this image is from 2010.

They struck a deal with Wonjan who brought the bike to the market with a Loncin 300cc water cooled engine.

    GN300

I wonder often about the 350 version of that engine, where is the source? Wonjan only seems to offer the original and likely that was acquired exclusively through a previous partnership formed with Suzuki. Wonjan still may actually have business with Suzuki, they may supply some models for them, maybe models that are sold in some markets?

Loncin makes a copy of the GN250 and a version at 300cc of it.
