Chruk, where did you get the grip covers from Bashre?? I have got to have one!

Or what is the size so I can do a search for one. I think this will help with the vibration problems I have had with my handlebar withought having to buy a new grip.

    J&P Cycles-replacement foam covers pair- PART#-5000115.
they fit right over the original grips perfectly.

the view angle is obvious, there is a hole in the frame for use. underneath i
drilled a hole in the cross bracket for that support point. started out with a
piece of 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" angle stock. just make break and bend it to work
with whatever chain tensioner you buy. they are each a bit different.
i posted somewhere ago where and what my tensioner is exactly.

Thanks Bro! Ordered one tonight ($13 and a good investment). I have been looking for something like that for a while. Hope it helps with the vibration thing in my hand. Even on short trips my right hand tends to lose feeling but it may be because Im a noob rider.

so that is why it looks crappy. cause it is. but it works just as fine as it is ugly.
i will make a real nice one for myself when the funds allow a bench, grinder,
vice, drop light, compressor, and??..still moving in after 3 years, shop is next.

I think you've done a great job with what you have. I do the same thing. If it's all painted it would look better and camouflage right into the frame.

my other question is where can i get a NEW throttle cable ???
i also cleaned my carb wow what a difference it made !!!
can someone tell how to adjust the jet/pilot valves right now my rpm are thru the roof (very high) and its hard to get it undercontrol ? i think something is wrong with my throttle and choke any recomendations i have #105MM needle ? wit 35t sprocket
I had the same issue with the wide open throttle. If you look up under your gas tank on the right side where the cable runs you will see a spot in the cable where it looks like it has a larger diameter (next to the frame hook that holds all of the wiring). This is some sort of spring damper for the cable. When I last removed my carb this happened and I pushed it back into the housing and it went away. I have yet to remove my tank again and inspect as I am nervous about a leak.
