Reverse engineering is my middle name. That helped. I can buy JT wholesale, but distributors go by application, not OEM part numbers. What about the front sprocket... same bikes?

Well here is my DF. If I have some time tomorrow I will take off the SAI and relocate the ignition switch like Gumpsta and figure something out with the seat. What do you think of the electronics canister?

I didn't try http://www.jtsprockets.com/61.0.html?&L=0 with the front sprocket. I do have a 15 tooth but it's not going to fit without some grinding on the cover so why bother?

Here are the close ups. This is my prototype. I made a wrong calculation when I thought I could bring the wires up from the bottom instead of straight in the front. That left me with an extra hole and a wrong cut. Now that I know what needs cut and where and it was cheap, I am going to make another. I made it from 2 aluminum measuring cups I bought from walmart for $2.97 each. Just cut off the handles and you have an fake oil tank.
