Ok, I opened the cover and the sprocket area seems clean and dry. The gear brass shaft seems to have a very very minor play when pushing back and forth. I wipe the complete are clean. Put the bike on kick stand. Going to observer with the cover open and see if I can locate the leak.

Yep, I believe they all come with the 45 tooth. No big deal to change out for a 35 or so tooth. Either way, loosen up the chain as they all seem to come tight in the crate.

    Email Chad at sales@extremescooters.biz

I have kept it open and wrapped the area with some tissue strip on the gear shaft area..
Let's see what happens, it takes a sometime for the leak to start when on kickstand.. we'll see.

Ok... seems the leak is not from the chain sprocket or the gear link area.

it's seems the oil accumulates in a small area as in the picture and looks like leaking from behind the BLACK PLASTIC Switch which is screwed, most probably the starter or magneto.. not sure..

See the pic you might be able to detect it, see on the left of the Black Plastic a small empty area where the oil accumulates.
