    Hey folks...Drewfinn jumpin in. Been savin my nickles and dimes and Im almost halfway to affording a rtb-a from Scooterfolks.com,just waitin on taxtime. Has anyone done a jockey shift on one of these puppies?

    Here is one on a CCW Heist which has the same type engine as the DF. The clutch lever is moved to the jockey shift.

    started one on my springer, but the springer was so springy that it felt outright unsafe taking my hand away from the grip.
    Anyway, our forward controls make adopting the jock shift relatively simple.

    I wonder if it would be possible to put a shock on the springer like the old HD's.

    Jockey shifts and suicide clutches went away for that reason.

    I really like the shift mounted clutch lever on that CCW...something to think about. Axa- did you find akit somewhere or were you working from scratch? Also,being in NY myself,did you have any real issue with the DMV?

    there is no kit, it must be fabricated.
    you will have no issue at DMV.
    soon buying a bike in NY eh... im in no rush but will likely be selling my almost new bike this summer when i get my new LS666 built and on the road, let me know if you dont get one.
