MCM forum, all turned to utter shite quite a while ago, read the posts made during the last few months, all talk about dodgy bikes with swapped engines and fairy tales about fake driving license.

Pal, yes the site has changed, but so has it always changed. People in China come and go, recently many 'long termers' have left because China has become a less fair playing field for business, and a big downturn in Chinese friendliness since they now believe they have the biggest economy in the world, now know all the western secrets etc. Then those 'long termers' have little interest in posting, being they no longer live in China.

Also Chinese manufacturers mostly can't get their act together, because they are too greedy and don't have much passion for bikes, so the market is dwindling or them in the west. Why the hell would you buy any China bike in a western country given the landed prices of Thai made western branded bikes unless you were a complete biking noob and actually thought saving 10-20% of a new sticker price compared to a Japanese branded bike would be worth it?

Why the hell would any western manufacturer make bikes in China unless they had complete faith in their business strategy, a rare thing like Suzuki, others can't be bothered.

Also this site is full of what some people refer to as 'troll spam', I wouldn't go quite that far but there is certainly a great deal of posts of little use or relevance giving unsolicited and often not very worthwhile or exaggerated opinions. Probably polite compared with the racist crap they read on a general media Chinese website in the comment sections, but still doesn't read well.

Then you have the fact that most people who come to the site just mine information and never sign up.

Anyhow: LETS GET BACK TO DISCUSSING THE JH600

That model needs a face lift, Jialing should consider investing in a design upgrade for it.
The JH600 design is very close to that of a Cagiva Canyon, which has been described as looking like a dog that has swallowed an egg. There was also another adventure bike made by Cagiva called an Elefant, also homely…

Here is a proposed revision by Italian designer Oberdan Bezzi for a Cagiva Elefant, Jialing could consider the design and applying the design to their JH600.
