Here's the one I used and posted a while back;
http://www.formtechservices.com/dirt...com/Rejet.html
Please note that you do not have to remove the carb for the jet changes on your Qlink. Remove the throttle cables and loosen the screws that hold the carb to the cylinder head. You will be able to rotate the carb to access the bowel screws. Make sure that you shut the gas off first and drain the bowl.

When you put the Jets in do you screw them all the way in then back them out 3/4 turn? - I thought I read that somewhere? Sorry again for the dumb questions but better safe and done correctly.

02-15-2011, 01:49 AMSorry one more - I know you must have taken the bottom off your carb several times - Did you replace the screws with Allen head bolts? if so where did you get them? I was considering getting some now, before it's to late! LOL

Just screw the jets all the way in but don't over tighten them.
I need to get some allen screws. When I rejeted my XT225 I got some screws from http://www.formtechservices.com/dirt...com/Rejet.html (also a DIY for rejecting) but have misplaced the extra ones so need to order some more.
In the mean time, I put anti seize on the screws.Vince
