I've been back in Florida for a little over a year now and got this since I had wanted to do some work on my '81 R65/6.

It also came with bags, tank bangs, panner bags, a small fairing, extra lights, extra parts, cover, etc. It looks real nice with a solo seat but I need to get anther rear upper frame and cut it away to leave the finder exposed. I also need to find a way to mount a /2 sprung solo seat because they are so nice.

There's a trick to shifting it smoothly but once you know to take it real slow on the shift lever and get entirely off the throttle it's super smooth and quiet.

The longer wheelbase handles and corners great.

I just put a throttle lock on it the other day and I've really loved having that. These old airheads idle a lot higher when they're warm so you can either have it idle correctly cool or hot. I like having the throttle lock so I can adjust the throttle until it's idling correctly without stalling. The bike idles perfectly with 0 throttle after about 30 minutes of riding when everything's all heated up.
