My day at PIT Motors LTD and the CCW Tha Heist

the stock seat is nice but a bit thin, not really a problem I've tried it with the springs and was comphy on them with my 200lbs on a 5'7 frame, hey i'm taller then Ken Casey. I have a set of drags for now and new grips. Will be fabbing a side mount tag and light plate as well as modding the stock pipe. looking at maybe fabbing a new leather seat for the bike and using the stock as my template. Get some nice supple newbuck in red and so the pan in a 12G stainless with some enbossments to it
I'll have to look at my leather stock. the other way is order just a seat pan that has the correct bolt pattern then do it up in the leather maybe a distressed Black or tan... Ooo a black and tan, Ok i want a Pint

Pick up tomorrow, cant wait. going to change paint next winter to a semi gloss black with the decals of this helmet airbrushed on.

Will also eliminate most the chrome. Congrats to you guys buying, Im actually going to ride over to a couple local dealers and see if they will carry them. Now just need this snow storm that came in to leave and get up to 55F

bckcntryslddr - Where abouts in NH? My folks live up in Woodsville/North Haverhill area. Looks like a great place to ride the Heist up there.

Hey Gardo love to see the bike in person sometime. Been lurking around here for weeks, seems like this is the only forum that has been discussing Tha Heist.

Going to look at one tomorrow in Forked River.

I'm headed to PITMotorsLTD tomorrow, Al's got a full day for me looks like I get to pull my own bike and unwrap it LoL YAY!!! So i will be down there all day hanging out and seeing if I can get a ride in at some point.

JK3 Welcome to the boards, lots of great knowledge here and good people. I'm in clifton so when I get the bike home we can arrange a meet at a mall or something

Ok I was at PITMotorsLTD for a bit more than 9hrs wrenching on the bike and getting her going, from uncrating her to the first ride and everything in between. Needed to fabricate and mod a few things with the bike to get the bars and tins just right. My vertical side mount plate didnt come in yet

so we didnt cut the rear fender and shift the light... yet

also got a chance to talk to Nick in NH who picked up his Heist on the 2nd
