I see a lot of duplicates, that is likely do to carryovers and then new submissions, if a manufacturer has a certificate for say 2013 they can carryover that certificate to 2014. However if they modified the model(s) from the previous year, that have that certificates, then they need to submit a new application, that result in duplicates, occasionally even triplicates.

I would like to see CSC expand, seems to me that they would be the best company to bring over the Skyteam ST125 and with the 223cc motor. They could do that through Hartford, I would suggest a few versions of that bike. But consider the pricing of their Baby Dolls that have made in America parts selling for over $4,000.00 its not likely to happen. The little bikes are not going to fetch that much…Adding in shipping, registration, taxes and a PDI, the little bikes simply become too costly, for most.

There are too many 50cc super cheap offers, too many entry level scooters. These can be had often for under $1,000.00. Then there are also many 150cc offering for under $1,500.00, these are also very popular for new riders.

Once venturing over $3,000.00 your competing with major brands.

Based on that, the absolute best Chinese made bike offer is the SSR XF250, and the best distributor hands down would be out of T-bolt. $2,659.00 delivered, best offering for the best price.

Hartford had not updated their site for years. Their enduros used to be available here under the brand KPX ( who later got their bikes from Zongshen). There are a few internet articles here and there about the enduros, and they seem to be a cut above similar Chinese bikes.

I don't know if their bikes will ever make their way back to the US besides the CSC bikes' engines. I am trying to talk the owner of Excalibur Motorsports, who are now the exclusive distributor for the TMEC 200 since TMEC closed their US office, into bringing the Skyteam VRaptor to the US. The guy who runs Skyteam's official Facebook site had responded that they are currently undergoing US certification, but we all know that that takes quite a while nowadays.

I think that Hartfords website has been recently updated, at least it seems new to me?

    English version
    http://www.hartford-motors.com.tw/hartford_en/

Hartfords dual sport could stand a revision or at least some better images of it.

It looks like a DR200...less the Suzuki engine.
