This company has the best website by far.
BMS Motorsports Inc.
http://www.bmsmotor.com/
I am fine with a 50cc if its a two stroke and offers at least 5hp.
There is no special class for them in Ohio they are considered motorcycles. The only other classification is that of a Moped and those have peddles and cannot go over 20mph and cannot have breaking hp over 1.
The 150cc range from 9hp to 6hp....

The red Big Ruckus clone appears to be missing a place to put your feet. Too bad it's not 250cc or more. 150cc is not going to get it around here.
BTW, I saw a real Honda Big Ruckus yesterday. Too bad Honda quit importing them to the USA.

They asked $5,500.00 for the Big Ruckus, nobody bought them. The 50cc Ruckus is $2,500.00 and under powered.
These are only $1,579.00 delivered.
Exaggerated top speed (74mph) and some discrepancy on it actual hp, the 150cc engine that went through EPA is rated 8.6 hp.

04-28-2011, 01:04 AMThat little bike looks like a blast, though I always worried that the Ruckus was too low to the ground, hence limiting the rider's visibility to other motorists. With that, the small wheel diameter and other factors in mind, no, I don't think I'd want to go faster that 55mph on a bike like that! Putter around town for groceries, yes.

Just wondering: how do they get away with selling such blatant copies like this? Why is Honda not suing?

I would say that they have not been called out on it?

Titan Import INC. imports products manufactured by Zhejiang Kaikai Meiduo Locomotive Co.Ltd. and for 2011 they have EPA conformity for the MD150-T.
They offer these models both with a 150cc engine, 9.5hp top speed 85KM/H (52mph)...however the EPA has them recorded with at 6kw (8.16hp)

YinXiang has EPA compliance for these….copy of a C100 Honda.
These are for sale delivered for $1,300.00
(they imported some more of these now they are offering them for $1699.00 delivered)
Or
SYM offers a version for $2,400.00 plus delivery, dealer prep.
The SYM is supposed to be an exact copy of the original Honda being sold under a licenses from Honda. But looks less like the original then the YinXiang does...Last edited by MJH; 02-17-2012 at 11:05 AM.
