Yes he is attempting to get his Longbo 200-2 to go 75mph.

Count your teeth on your sprocket front and rear, then dived them to get a ratio. B/F =R

Then decrease that and that will change the top speed at any given RPM. It will reduce the RPM proportionally.

If the top speed is 60 @ 7500 rpm currently you can increase the speed by decreasing the ratio R.

I would guess 2.8 is what you would want….for the R

Then de-restricting the exhaust and increasing the jets will add to that….but not much and if you do not adjust it right you can do damage to the engine. If you cannot find the air box then think about that and your related ability to tune it if you start changing it.

Wasn't this requested in a separate thread? Is the Longbo a rebadged Qingqi?

Anyway, thanks, MJH, for this intelligent and practical response. Hope boize finds it helpful.

    cheers

If your looking for sprockets then it is likely a CG/CB125 shaft on that bike. Raising the front is probably the easiest if your not already at or around 2.8 if it is then your not likely to get any better top speed out of it.

I do not know what carburetor it has some PZ something or another.

The engine has a code on it search that and with “carburetors” then you will find some info. It is likely 163fml on the engine either a OHC or OHV, but the carbs are all pretty much the same.

I do not think it can go 75mph….but you can try.

Hey thanks for the all the knowleage I don't know bike engins I can fix cars quite well but again this is my first bike. The motors look quite different. So the air box is it I am looking for it haven't done extensive serching but see layouts so I have a good idea of what to do. Oh if I break it I'll pay some one to. Fix it so every one wins.... I get to tear stuff up and they get business. Or I learn something. Lol y'all are awsome thanks again.
