Thanks for posting, Motokai. They must have a half-dozen wire-suspended cameras above those various ramps. These kids are pros, and I suspect there was some serious dosh invested in that 4-minute video. Amazing indeed!

Now I want to see an outtakes reel (surely there are some great wipeouts, though I noticed their shirts are nice and clean throughout!) and also a "how we made it" production reel. Nice Canadian talent there.

OK, sorry about all the youtube videos, but given the current realities I cannot imagine living in China without GFW "countermeasures", so indulge me.

I'm pretty sure I (or someone) posted this first video earlier, but I'm too lazy to go back and look.



But this second one was new to me, and is very fun. (Though I bet that Chevy Sonic did not land well; notice they don't show it touching down.)



What's the connection to motorcycling? OK, a guy who posts in the DSN KLR650 forum in YahooGroups says he coordinated both:

I just put the planes, jumpers, location, and ground crew together, then coordinate the drops. I don't get any of the 'fame' in terms of being on the screen, but they all know who I am. Chucking shit out of planes is my specialty, and it is a very cool job! It's fun to go out to the impact area on the KLR.

But tomorrow there's no fame. I'll clean my chain. It's dusty here. Then I'll go ride out into the desert for a bit and maybe pick up some stuff in town. God bless the KLRs!

To which I say, God bless motorcycles -- even China bikes! Any videos of motorcyclists riding out of planes at altitude?
