06-18-2011, 01:51 AMI got my bike in March of this year (2008 QLink XP 200). I've managed to put on 81 kilometers in the last couple of weeks, 41 of those today preparing for my Basic Riders Course tomorrow. As the sun set this evening, I went to put my bike away and to my horror I noticed a broken piece just hanging there by the front spokes.
It looked like maybe it was holding the brake line or something. I have no idea how long I rode around like that. I don't have a spare bike to take to the course (I'm military, doing a military course so I have to provide my own). My mechanic/parts guy is off until Tuesday, so I'm hoping it isn't a critical part. Everything seems to work just fine.
Thank you!

Lacey it will be easier if you posted a pic of the area of the break. One of the QLink riders would be able to let you know with more info and visuals
