Hey everyone I was inspecting my scooter this morning and saw a part in the front wheel that is a little out of place. I dont feel anything different from the ride apart from the front wheel not being able to spin freely when I propped it up on the stand and tried to spin the wheel. Could you guys help me identify what part it is? Should I get it fixed/ replaced? Sorry, I'm a newbie when it comes to this stuff. All inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Scooter front wheel would be getting out of the mud guard.Have your scooter met with an little accident with anything. Then this problem has occurred that from the mud guard that wheel got little out of the place and you should not need to replaced it.You can just simply fix it again.

    graphs,
Looks like a bad wheel bearing to me. Better get it checked and fixed right away because you don't want the front wheel to lock up and cause you to crash.

Thanks for the advise. I got it looked at and it was the wheel bearings. The dealer's in house mechanic fixed it free of charge.
