I would like to inform the members of this forum Jim Bryant has settled and returned the 10.000 RMB initially pay to him two years ago for the purchase of a BMW oil head engine. I hindsight, I still believe Jim been an honorable man and, while we are not perfect, in my case, Jim had a memory lapse.I have called off all the legal actions and future more, if Jim gets eventually the ordered engine and not wanting to place him with more hardships , once I see the engine, personally, still prepared to buy it from him.

    Thanks to you all

It has been a strange tale. We want people to hear of such things but we also want fairness, that is why you and Jim were both given the opportunity to speak.
I am glad, whatever the background and details of the events, that you have settled and that you are able to be understanding.
