Kudos to Kelly at www.scooterdepot.com. He handles parts & tech support for DF. I had a little electrical snafu that turned out to be my own fault. Kelly was as patient and helpful as can be, as we diagnosed the problem. He offered to send replacement parts if needed for those things I could not test on my own (CDI & Rect).

A side note: while I was on hold for about 90 seconds, I could overhear Kelly trying to calm down an irrate woman on the other line. She had what sounded like an Accts Receivable issue and called the wrong number. Listening to Kelly try to politely explain that he's a parts guy and has nothing to do with billing was hilarious. When he said: Madam, if you want to speak with someone who can actually help you, I'll switch you to the proper person. If you just want to vent and have someone to who will quitely listen, I can do that"... I damn near laughed-up a lung. This woman must have been a total moron.
